If there is any question about your Feedback score you must speak with your instructor about the problem. There are a few things list below to be aware of.

• All 9 digits of your student number may not have been coded correctly on your answer sheet.
• If there were more then one-test form for the exam the form number must be filled in.
• If you registered late for the course your student number and e-mail address may not be up-dated in the files.

In any case you must speak with your instructor who will take care of your score with University Testing Service.

If you are having problems reading the key portion of the report. (The section where the correct answers are given) You might be  viewing your email using a non-proportional font. The way to check this is to look at the section of the email I have circled in red. Does it look like the one below, the asterisks don't line up all in one column? If it does then change the font to a proportional one (see the second screen shot below).

Click on the button 'FW' with the little glasses on it (Circled in red below) this will change your font to be proportional. See how the asterisks now line up?
